Our teachers work closely with families to maintain each baby’s feeding and sleep schedule while creating opportunities for tummy time, movement, sensory discovery, music, stories, art, and time outdoors.
With a lower 1:4 teacher-to-child ratio, teachers can provide attentive, responsive care throughout the day. Families stay connected through Brightwheel, where they can receive updates about bottles, meals, diaper changes, rest, activities, and special moments from their baby’s day.

Movement and Tummy Time
Babies practice gross motor skills through tummy time, reaching, rolling, crawling, supported movement, and age-appropriate floor play.
Sensory Exploration
A themed sensory activity introduces babies to different textures, materials, sounds, and opportunities for hands-on discovery.
Lunch and Bottles
Babies enjoy lunch or bottles according to their individual feeding schedules with attentive support from their teachers.
Creative Play
Babies participate in a simple art or creative sensory activity connected to the weekly theme. Activities may take place outside.
Outdoor Time
Weather permitting, babies experience fresh air, natural sounds, movement, and age-appropriate outdoor exploration.

What schedules are available?
Families can choose from two, three, or five day enrollment options based on current classroom availability.
What should I pack for my baby?
Families should bring a labeled backpack or diaper bag, extra clothing in a labeled zip-top bag, diapers, feeding supplies, a labeled mini crib sheet, and any necessary personal care items. Bottles should be labeled with your child's name, contents, and number of ounces. Personal care items, including diaper cream or baby powder, should also be clearly labeled.
How will I receive updates about my baby?
Teachers use Brightwheel to communicate with families and help them stay connected to their baby's day. Families can also use the app to message their child's teacher or the VidaLife administrative team directly.
How is Spanish introduced to infants?
Babies experience English and Spanish naturally through songs, stories, conversations, and everyday routines with bilingual teachers.
Do babies use screens?
No. VidaLife is screen-free. Babies learn through relationships, movement, sensory experiences, music, and interaction with their surroundings.
Do infants spend time outside?
Yes. Weather permitting, babies experience fresh air, natural sounds, movement, and age-appropriate outdoor exploration.
How are naps handled?
Babies rest according to their individual needs and established routines. Families provide a labeled mini crib sheet and an approved sleep sack. Weighted sleep sacks and swaddles are not permitted in accordance with safe sleep requirements.
Will my baby be held during bottle feedings?
Children under six months are held during bottle feedings. Teachers provide attentive, responsive care throughout feeding routines.
Can I provide breast milk or formula?
Yes. VidaLife works with families to accommodate breast milk, formula, or a combination of both. Bottles and feeding supplies should be labeled with your child's name, contents, number of ounces, and date. Breast milk may be brought frozen or thawed and will be warmed in the classroom. Families may also provide a can of formula for teachers to prepare with filtered water. If your baby receives both breast milk and formula, include the number of ounces of each on the feeding schedule in your admission packet.
What ages are accepted in the Infant Program?
The Infant Program serves babies from 6 weeks to 24 months. Classroom placement may also consider each child's development, routines, and current availability.
How do teachers follow my baby's feeding schedule?
Families complete an Infant Feeding Schedule with their baby's feeding times, amounts, and preferences. Teachers use this schedule to provide consistent care and update it with families as the baby's needs change. Once infants begin eating solid foods, morning snack is around 8:30 AM, lunch is around 11:00 AM, and afternoon snack is around 3:00 PM.
