The signature station rotation model combines early literacy, math, STEM, art, nature, group problem-solving, and classroom responsibilities. Teachers meet children where they are and help them build the confidence, independence, and learning habits they will carry into kindergarten.

Arrival and Morning Welcome

Morning Snack and Clean-Up

Yoga and Greeting Movement
Yoga, stretching, and greeting activities help children build body awareness, focus, balance, and connection.
Nature Walk and Morning Learning
Children observe the natural world during a nature walk, then complete morning learning activities that strengthen kindergarten-readiness skills.
Circle Time and Art
Children gather for a themed story, songs, classroom conversation, and the first art experience of the day.
Lunch
Children eat lunch together while practicing conversation, responsibility, and independent mealtime routines.
Daily Reflection, Story and STEM
Children review the morning, listen to a short story, and participate in a hands-on STEM experience.
Outdoor Exploration and Group Game
Children explore outdoors and participate in a collaborative group game. Winter weather may bring additional music and indoor activities.
Art Studio
Children finish their earlier artwork or begin a second creative project using a variety of materials and techniques.
Clean-Up and Pack-Up
Children care for their classroom, organize their belongings, and pack their bags with increasing independence.

What schedules are available?
Families can choose from two, three, or five day enrollment options based on current classroom availability.
How much time do children spend outside?
Outdoor learning is part of the regular routine. Through VidaLife's Learning Beyond the Classroom approach, children spend a minimum of four hours outside each day when conditions are safe. Nature exploration, group games, seasonal activities, playground time, and hands-on projects also help the school work toward logging 1,000 hours outside.
How are English and Spanish included?
Children experience both languages through songs, stories, conversations, classroom routines, and time with bilingual teachers.
Do children use screens?
No. VidaLife provides a screen-free environment where children learn through movement, conversation, creativity, exploration, and interaction with others.
Does my child need to know letters or numbers before starting?
No. Children begin the program with different skills and experiences. Teachers meet each child where they are and help them build new skills at a pace that supports their individual growth.
How does this program prepare children for kindergarten?
Children practice early literacy, numbers, shapes, patterns, name recognition, communication, problem-solving, independence, and group participation. These skills are introduced through play, learning stations, movement, and hands-on activities.
